| Q. Why do you require
me to disclose my doctor's details on your order form?
A. We have to advise them of any "controlled" medications
(FDA
scheduled / controlled drugs list) you order so as to
ensure they are aware of this if there are good reasons why
you should not be taking certain medications and if they ever
need to prescribe medications to you; the later because some
medications can interact badly with others. If the drug you
order from us is not scheduled / controlled, we will ship
(subject to our own doctor's approval) and then simply advise
your doctor.
Q. So you contact my doctor first for controlled
/ scheduled meds like phentermine, how many actually respond
favorably?
A. On average about 50% of doctors / physicians respond favorably
and within a few days (we fax and then call them if necessary).
Q. What am I charged if they do not approve?
A. Nothing.
Q. Whatcan I do if my own physician simply refuses
to respond to you?
A. You can call them and insist they respond with an approval
(unless they have good reason not to), or you can visit our
sister International Pharmacy
who ship worldwide (including all 50 states in the USA) without
contacting your physician.
Q. Do you charge processing or subscription fees?
A. No, and you should be careful about pharmacies which do
this. Some will say they are going to get a prescription from
your own doctor and use this as a way of making money from
you, especially as your own doctor is highly unlikely to issue
a prescription under those circumstances. We are aware of
people who have paid many months subscription fees without
any hope of getting their order from pharmacies who do this.
Q. But don't you / Finest RX get the prescription
from my doctor?
A. No, we actually do this inhouse. What we do is then ask
your doctor to say if they do not want you to have the medication
you ordered; there is a huge difference between this and asking
your physician for the actual prescription.
Q. Are their any guarantees on prescription orders
placed with Finest Rx?

for less. Since we are committed to exceeding the satisfaction
of our customers, our offices are opened Monday through Friday,

one of our physicians will write the prescription, we will
check that is OK with your doctor, then send it to the pharmacy
where your order is shipped directly to you via FedEx.
Q. Once I receive my prescription, who should I contact

Q. How come, the tracking number of my order is not
available or viewable on the Fed Ex System?
A. As soon, as your prescription has been fulfilled, and as
soon as FedEx scans the order into their computer system (usually
