Q. Why do you require me to disclose my doctor's details on your order form?
A. We have to advise them of any "controlled" medications (FDA scheduled / controlled drugs list) you order so as to ensure they are aware of this if there are good reasons why you should not be taking certain medications and if they ever need to prescribe medications to you; the later because some medications can interact badly with others. A. Although, Finest Rx will rarely send the wrong medication, human error is unavoidable. If you receive the wrong prescription, please contact the pharmacy number detailed on your prescription. The pharmacist will help you obtain the correct prescription.

Q. How come, the tracking number of my order is not available or viewable on the Fed Ex System?
A. As soon, as your prescription has been fulfilled, and as soon as FedEx scans the order into their computer system (usually after 8:00 PM EST) the tracking number should be accessible from the Fed Ex System.
